NCFI manufactures two insulation systems designed for commercial and institutional use.
Both systems create highly energy-efficient environments for the building owners and
end-users, and are commonly used in high-performance buildings including wine storage tanks,
industrial plants and tanks for sprinkler systems, schools and institutions.
Often found in educational facilities, our continuous InsulBloc® polyurethane foam
insulation is a highly versatile, closed cell, spray-in-place foam insulation with outstanding
air barrier and moister barrier qualities. Costing about the same as conventional damp proofing
and insulation, InsulBloc® has a number of significant advantages. It conforms to oddly shaped
spaces, filling gaps and cavities to create an air barrier. It is fully adhered and monolithic with
a high R-Value rating. Of course, NCFI’s InsulBloc® is compliant with building codes,
and adheres to CMU, poured concrete, primed steel, wood and most other construction materials.
ThermalStop®, are high efficiency, closed-cell, spray-applied polyurethane insulations which
can be used in commercial and industrial applications such as tanks, metal buildings, sewage digesters,
etc. The use of ThermalStop® in commercial and industrial applications is limited only by the imagination
of the specifier.
InsulStar® is the most energy-efficient, closed-cell spray-in-place polyurethane
insulation system available. This high-performance insulation is formulated from renewable agricultural
resources, and is completely non-toxic after installation. It stops air flow into and out of your home,
reduces noise, and blocks the infiltration of dust, pollen and other airborne pollutants, and helps to
prevent mold, mildew and moisture. When applied by a trained GoldStar contractor, InsulStar®
quickly expands to fill gaps and voids, conforming to curves and spaces to form a fully adhered, solid
environmental envelope.

SEALITE™ is an open-cell product that offers significant advantages over fibrous
insulations. Like InsulStar®, SEALITE™ expands to fill whatever space it’s applied to, sealing
your home against air, dust and pollen infiltration in ways that fiberglass batting can’t.
SEALITE™’s efficiency will last the lifetime of your home, saving up to 40% of energy costs, year
after year. Applied by trained GoldStar contractors, SEALITE™ can be applied to the underside of roof
decks and between unconditioned and conditioned spaces, creating an environmental envelope that maximizes
your home’s energy performance. |
